Dr. Belinda Newcomer is passionate, dedicated and excited about the opportunity to assist you with your counseling needs.
Dr. Newcomer is currently licensed by the State of Florida to provide psychotherapy. She has earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Oklahoma and her master’s from The University of Memphis. Dr. Newcomer has a PhD in psychology from Capella University. Her offices are located in Winter Garden, Florida.
